I am currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.  I'm originally from Chicago and have also lived and worked in Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Germany.   I'm passionate to remix the employee experience of organizations to inspire and drive more belonging, empathy, and trust.  I have worked at amazing companies such as Nike, Zalando, and Converse in senior roles. 

I founded Remix Coaching in 2018 and partner with clients as a coach, advisor, designer, and facilitator in the areas of leadership and team development, Inclusion & Diversity, culture change, employee engagement and employee experience.
