Trust can't be built in a day's workshop or just watching some online videos.  It takes time, intention, and ongoing practice to be more effective in changing trust dynamics.  

Accelerating Trust
is a focused, 2-month development journey designed to equip leaders like you with the practical skills and actionable strategies to cultivate deep trust, foster stronger relationships, and drive exceptional results.

This isn't just another leadership course. We delve deep into the science and art of building trust, providing you with a structured framework and hands-on practice to immediately implement what you learn. There's minimal theory and more opportunities to practice, reflect, and learn from each other and the experts in this work.

Over eight impactful modules, you'll gain a profound understanding of how trust operates, identify trust gaps, and master proven techniques to accelerate its growth within your sphere of influence.

Here's what your 2-month journey includes:

  • Eight Focused Modules: Each designed to tackle a critical aspect of trust-based leadership.
  • Engaging Pre-Work: Concise videos and practical worksheets to prepare you for each live session and lay the foundation for deeper learning. Each video is 3-6 minutes. You will be investing no more than an hour per week to complete the videos and worksheets.
  • Assessment: Assess and debrief your C-IQ Catalyst Tool® report to reveal how your communication patterns either build trust and partnership or create distrust and conflict.
  • Coaching: Two individual coaching sessions to support your personal development on the journey.
  • Interactive Live Sessions (1 hour per module on Zoom): Join a dynamic cohort of fellow leaders for live, action-oriented sessions. You'll have the opportunity to:


  • Practice Key Skills: Apply the concepts learned through interactive exercises and simulations.
  • Learn from Peers: Share experiences, gain diverse perspectives, and build a supportive network.
  • Receive Expert Guidance: Get direct insights and answers to your specific challenges.

Module 1 – Kick-off

Get to know your fellow participants and coaches in this interactive session. Reflect on your own role models and the impact of their behavior, attitude and language to identify elements of trust.

2 – What is Trust

Leverage our adapted Trust Equation to gain insight on four specific levers you need to build and maintain trust. Take action and track progress on the relationship(s) you want to enhance throughout the Accelerating Trust journey.

3 – What Impacts Trust

Explore how bias, assumptions and simple communication choices can impact the level of trust you and others experience. Take the C-IQ Catalyst Tool™ assessment to learn how your specific style of communication hinders or helps you build trust with your team and colleagues. 

4 – Character

Increase your awareness of components of character, including your values alignment. Explore how to show up and deliver results consistently with our Accountability Worksheet. Learn a simple process to make productive requests to hold yourself and your team members to account.

5 – Care

Explore 5 tips for showing care with authenticity and empathy, to drive employee engagement and results. Generate specific actions to lead with more empathy and show care in key moments to deepen trust. 

6 – Connection

Move from active listening to the six elements of TING to learn deep, thorough listening to connect with your colleagues. Practice asking powerful questions to create a better understanding and awareness of others.

7 – Communication

Take your communication to the next level by becoming aware of how the energy you bring and the words you choose impact the receiver on a visceral level. Explore the 3 levels of conversation that many of us engage in on a regular basis. Get concrete tips for how to shift between the different levels for optimal outcomes and higher trust.

8 – Capture Impact

Time to audit your progress, celebrate your successes together and commit to your next steps to continue to accelerate trust in your team. You'll walk away with a toolkit to further support your journey to elevate the trust levels in your partnerships and teams.
